Roof Flow AI – Exclusivity & Confidentiality Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This Exclusivity & Confidentiality Policy explains how Roof Flow AI treats leads, campaign data, and company information for our clients.
This policy is part of our overall Terms and Conditions and applies to all active Roof Flow AI customers.
1. Lead Exclusivity
1.1 No lead reselling or sharing
Any lead generated from your ad campaigns, forms, funnels, or inbound channels that are connected to your Roof Flow AI account is never resold or shared by Roof Flow AI with any other roofing company.
"Lead" means identifiable contact and project information such as name, phone, email, address, and project details.
1.2 Your leads are your property
All leads generated from your campaigns are considered your business's data.
Roof Flow AI only accesses this data to provide the services you've signed up for (e.g., CRM, AI SDR, automations, reporting).
1.3 No lead pools
Roof Flow AI does not operate shared lead pools.
We do not send the same lead to multiple roofing companies, regardless of market.
2. Campaign & Company Data Confidentiality
2.1 No sharing of identifiable campaign data
We do not share your company's specific campaign results, settings, creative assets, or internal performance data with other clients in a way that identifies you or your company.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., "average CPL across all clients") to improve our product and marketing, but we do not expose who contributed what.
2.2 Internal access only as needed
Roof Flow AI team members may access your account data (CRM, campaigns, automations, reports) only as needed to:
- Set up and manage your account
- Troubleshoot issues
- Optimize campaigns and workflows
All team members are bound by internal confidentiality obligations.
2.3 Your brand and assets
Your logos, branding, and custom creative assets are not shared or reused for other clients without your explicit permission.
We may use generic versions of winning concepts (e.g., "free inspection" angles) across clients, but not your exact branded assets.
3. Use of Templates & Playbooks
3.1 Shared frameworks, not shared accounts
Roof Flow AI uses internal templates, scripts, and playbooks that are applied across many accounts (e.g., standard storm campaigns, SDR scripts, referral flows).
These are frameworks we own and improve over time; they are not considered your proprietary data.
3.2 Separation of client data
Even when we use the same framework in multiple accounts, each client's:
- Leads
- Results
- Internal CRM data
- Custom configurations
are kept separate and are not shared with other clients.
4. Data Security
4.1 Storage & access
Your data is stored in secure systems with role-based access controls.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
4.2 Third-party tools
Where we integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, QuickBooks, Stripe), your data is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
We only connect to third-party tools as necessary to deliver the services you've requested.
5. Exceptions
We may disclose your information if:
- Required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order
- Necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
- You explicitly authorize us in writing to share specific information for a partnership, case study, or testimonial
We will limit any such disclosure to the minimum necessary.
