1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roof Flow AI website (roofflowai.app) and the Roof Flow AI software platform (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Roof Flow AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly billing cycle (4 weeks). Your first cycle begins on the date you activate the plan, and each subsequent cycle renews automatically every 4 weeks using your payment method on file until you cancel.

One-time setup fees, where applicable, are charged at checkout in addition to the first cycle. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated by us. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

3a. Setup-fee-waived commitment offers

We may offer plans where the standard one-time setup fee is waived in exchange for a minimum commitment of a set number of consecutive 4-week billing cycles (for example, a 3-cycle commitment for Core CRM and Growth OS, or a 4-cycle commitment for Scale OS). The specific commitment length and waived setup amount are shown on the checkout page you use to activate the plan and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Early cancellation or downgrade. If you cancel, downgrade, or otherwise reduce your plan before completing the full minimum number of cycles, the originally waived setup fee becomes immediately due and will be charged to your payment method on file at the time of cancellation or downgrade. Completing the full commitment satisfies the offer and no additional setup fee is due.

3b. Self-serve checkout & account activation

When you complete a checkout on roofflowai.app, we email the address you provided a secure, single-use link to set your password and create your workspace. Links are time-limited and, once used, cannot be reused. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide and for keeping the resulting account credentials confidential.

4. No refunds

All payments made to Roof Flow AI are final. We do not offer refunds, prorated credits, or returns for any subscription fees, setup fees, one-time charges, or any other payments made through the Service. This includes, without limitation, fees for unused subscription periods, partial months, downgrades, or cancellations. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@roofflowai.app and we will review it in good faith; any approved correction will be issued as a credit or reversal at our sole discretion.

5. SMS program terms (10DLC)

Program name: Roof Flow AI
Program description: Roof Flow AI sends SMS messages to roofing business owners and decision-makers who request a demo, start a free trial, or contact us through roofflowai.app. Messages include demo confirmations, onboarding, account-related notifications, and customer support.

Consent: By submitting your phone number on roofflowai.app and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Roof Flow AI at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and stage in the sales/onboarding process.

Message and data rates: Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from Roof Flow AI. To opt back in, reply START.

Help: Reply HELP to any message or email support@roofflowai.app for assistance.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle SMS data. Mobile information and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited communications; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) interfere with the Service's operation; or (d) use the Service to violate any applicable law, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA guidelines.

7. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your own contacts before using the Service to communicate with them.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, branding, and content provided by us, is owned by Roof Flow AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roof Flow AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
